The Louisiana Human Resources Development Institute is a private non-profit 501C(3) corporation headquartered in Baton Rouge. Since 1984, the Louisiana Human Resources Development Institute has proudly served Louisiana's workforce. It is our mission to support the growth and sustainment of a skilled and trained workforce in Louisiana.
