The Louisiana Workforce Commission's Rapid Response Team assists workers who lose their jobs because of permanent business closures or mass layoffs. If you were affected by the recent layoff at Ochsner Health, you'll find important information here about local events, services, and resources to help you get back to work.
Reemployment Orientation Meetings
Our Rapid Response team offers virtual Reemployment Orientation Meetings to introduce workers to the reemployment, retraining and support services to which they are entitled. Workers facing layoff are encouraged to attend scheduled sessions to ensure awareness of the full array of benefits.
